June 3 2010- 2nd Day of Outreach
Today we had a truly amazing day! God is good! The morning began with breakfast at the hotel and a great devotional by Pastor Jorge. He read from the Book of John and talked about the importance of not just playing with sheep but also feeding them. We had quite the challenge to start our day, however, God blessed us in a mighty way as we delivered His message. Just like yesterday our team was split between Hocaba, Tabi, Casa de Abelous, and CCA Merida and God did some miraculous works through us. Several people from our team were even able to lead some of the locals to Christ. God has been doing a work in our lives as well as the lives of the Spanish people and it is exciting to see what God is going to do as we finish up our last day here in Merida. We ended the night tonight with a time of food and fellowship with the youth group from Calvary Chapel Merida. It was awesome to see how we were able to enjoy a good time with the youth group praising God, despite the fact that we didn't all speak the same language. Please continue to pray that God will give us the words and use us as He sees fit. Thanks for checking out the blog and keep looking us up to see what God is doing here in Mexico.

These messages from what, how, and who you are being able to minister to each day is like reading a book out of the New Testament as God is using "all of you" as he did so many in the Bible to bring His message about Salvation through His son Jesus to so many different people who do not speak the same language. Just know that with each seed you plant, with each person whom you share God's love, and with those that come to know Jesus as their onw personal savior....it is God working through you and the celebrations in Heaven are going non-stop. We pray He continues to use each of you in His way. Our Love and prayers to each of you! Keep looking UP! "God Rocks" and so do ALL of You!

Hey Sweet Drew, We so miss you!! VA grands made it here yesterday. Michelle just got in a few minutes ago. She has a cool gift for you from her trip. We are really praying for you! Don't you just love serving the Lord. He has BIG plans for each of the team there. I'm thankful you've taken three years of Spanish, cause you know your momma has a hard time pronouncing English:) You rock our worlds. We can't wait for your return. We love you and are proud of you! Momma
